We are excited to announce that on July 1, 2023, Zantaz Enterprise Archive Solution, LLC ("Zantaz") and ZNZ Resources LLC ("ZNZ") entered into an agreement whereby ZNZ will formally assume all future product development, software enhancements, software support and maintenance, and professional support services for EAS, HPCA, Zovy Enterprise, Zovy Cloud Archive, NearPoint, and CAMM. In connection with the agreement between Zantaz and ZNZ, Zantaz has assigned all existing contracts relating to the above-referenced software to ZNZ, effective July 1, 2023.
This transfer will primarily be an administrative undertaking and will not impact your existing agreement's terms, the level of support you currently receive, or the people assisting you. In the coming weeks, you will receive a welcome letter from ZNZ updating you on product roadmaps, new product launches, enhanced support portals, new service offerings, and more.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions at the email address listed below before July 24, 2023, or simply sign and return the attached acknowledging your understanding and acceptance. Absent formal correspondence from you, your acknowledgment and acceptance will be assumed on July 31, 2023.

A: ZNZ Resources reflects the organization's expanded footprint and capabilities. While your account and support teams will not change, ZNZ will be able to offer an expanded suite of services, global support, and future product enhancements.
Q: What will the new name be changed to, and when?
A: Our new name will be ZNZ Resources, and the name change will go into effect on July 31, 2023.
Q: Will the products/services offered by the organization change?
A: While all previous products and personnel remain available through ZNZ Resources, current and future additions are coming to both our team and product portfolio through the transition to ZNZ Resources
Q: Will the organization's contact information change?
A: Our email addresses and website will redirect to the new company name, and you will receive correspondence from znzresources.com addresses. Our new website is available at www.znzresources.com and our LinkedIn is listed under ZNZ Resources.
Q: Do I need to take any action as a customer?
A: No, you do not need to take any immediate action. Your account information and any contracts you have with us will remain valid and in effect. We will be reaching out to your vendor relations team to share new business information and collaborate with them on the necessary paperwork and/or changes to your vendor portal.
Q: Will there be any changes to the organization's leadership or staff?
A: No, there will be no changes to the organization's leadership or staff. You may meet some new additional support staff members, but your account management team will remain intact and the executive team will not change.
Q: I use your hosted or SaaS solutions, will my data be moving or will it be managed by someone else?
A: No changes will be made to the hosting location, security measures, access protocols, or management oversight for all client data related to hosting and SaaS service offerings through this transition.
